Is the curriculum designed to meet the needs of all students?

Partially Meets Expectations

Every Child Ready materials partially meet expectations for supporting responsive practices and diverse learners. The program provides guidance for building positive relationships, fostering family engagement, and creating inclusive learning environments. Supports for multilingual learners and children with disabilities are present in the materials. However, there were missed opportunities to strengthen these efforts through more consistent structures for ongoing two-way communication and shared decision-making with families. Culturally responsive elements are included in certain units, but there is variation in how consistently these practices are embedded across the curriculum. Additionally, guidance for supporting diverse learners is not always explicitly connected to daily lessons, limiting how consistently these supports are implemented in practice.
